Team Travis dedicated runners support annual Reno Tahoe Odyssey

For the fourth year, a group of dedicated runners have come together to compete a 178-mile relay race. The 10th Annual Reno Tahoe Odyssey took place May 30-31, 2014. Twelve person teams from all over the country participate, running a set course starting in Reno, going around Lake Tahoe, and finishing where they began. The race helps support two good causes: Northern Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation, and Tahoe Pyramid Bikeway. Some team members were new this year, Senior Master Sgt. Randy Robb, 349th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, was competing for the fourth time. Airmen on this year's team were: first-timers Maj. Duane Richardson, 60th Maintenance Squadron commander, Lt. Gloria McMillen,60th AMXS, Master Sgt., retired, Carl Bresette, 349th AMXS, and Senior Master Sgt. David Dean, 349th MXS; second-timers Master Sgt. Nina Westfall, 349th AMXS, Senior Amn. Jose Cardona, 60th AMXS and Staff Sgt. Bryan Dvorachek, 60th MXS; third-timers Master Sgt. Hilda Maurera, 945th AMXS, Staff Sgt. Alex Samaniego, 60th AMXS and Staff Sgt. Daniel Massingill, 312th Airlift Squadron; fourth-timers Robb and Senior Master Sgt. Carl Carlson, 349th AMXS.
