TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col. Matt Burger, 349th Air Mobility Wing commander, and Col. Matthew Wonnacott, 60th Medical Group deputy commander, cut the ribbon to open the Reserve Component Liaison desk in David Grant Medical Center Mar. 23. As the window opens, cheering behind the desk are, from the right: Master Sgt. Delmora Holman-McClendon, 349th Aerospace Medicine Squadron health services administrator, Senior Master Sgt.
