TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. - Staff Sgt Tiffany Whatley from the 349th Medical Squadron, prepares Reserve Airmen from the 349th Air Mobility Wing for an upcoming Operational Readiness Inspection. Sergeant Whatley is showing how to apply a self tourniquet using the Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT) device.
