TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Lt. Col. Michael A. Sovitsky, 349th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander, leads 349th Air Mobility Wing commanders and senior full-time officers through an Air Force Eight-Step Problem Solving Process for processing discharges, Feb. 10, 2014, at Travis Air Force Base, Calif.
