349th Wing pilot retires after 31 years of dedicated service

Lt. Col. Katrina Bentler retired from the Air Force reserve after performing 31 years of service for the Air Force during a ceremony held Aug. 9, 2014 at Travis Air Force Base, Calif.

Bentler, an Air Force Academy graduate, logged over 4,900 hours flying numerous aircraft, including the C-5, KC-135, and T-37. She finished her career with the 312th Airlift Squadron as the operations group chief of training.
