The smiling team in the 349th Mission Support Squadron Customer Service Section are a welcome sight for Airmen and their families needing identification cards or help with their various personnel records.

Beginning March 15, ID cards will be issued by appointment only. All other services remain on a walk-in basis. Appointments for ID cards include all 349th Air Mobility Wing personnel, military and civilian, dependents of military, and gray area retirees as well. Monday through Friday call 707-424-2345, between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to make an appointment.

On unit training assembly weekends, customer service remains on a walk-in basis for military. If a military dependent needs an ID card, an appointment would need to be scheduled for Saturday or Sunday during regularly scheduled Unit Training Assembly weekends. Appointments must be set up in advance.

Any other personnel need to contact the 60th Force Support Squadron Customer Service Section, 707-424-8483/8481, for assistance.
