U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Michelle Moua, a Squadron Aviation Resource Management specialist assigned to the 70th Aerial Refueling Squadron, manages multiple essential duties while at the Red Cross volunteer office at Travis AFB, Calif., August 20, 2025. Moua was recognized with the American Red Cross Service to Armed Forces Award on June 7, 2025 for her volunteer work at David Grant Medical Center.
