Michelle Moua, a Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM) specialist assigned to the 70th Aerial Refueling Squadron, performs her duties at Travis AFB, Calif., August 20, 2025. In her workspace, Moua is surrounded by celebratory decoration for her Master's education achievement. Moua was recognized with the American Red Cross Service to Armed Forces Award on June 7, 2025 for her volunteer work at David Grant Medical Center.
