Sister Wings Support 908th Combat Readiness Exercise

U.S. Air Force members from the 908th Aeromedical Evacuation and the 908th Aeromedical Staging Squadrons work together to transfer patients from a 931st Air Refueling Wing KC-46A Pegasus aircraft during a combat readiness exercise at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.
