Brig. Gen Durham Assumes Command of Fourth Air Force

Brig. Gen. Derin S. Durham accepts the Fourth Air Force flag from Lt. Gen. John Healy, Air Force Reserve Command commander and chief of the Air Force Reserve, during an assumption of command ceremony at March Air Reserve Base, California, September 10.
