The 349th Air Mobility Wing paid tribute to their most senior enlisted leader, Command Chief Master Sgt. Bryan Payne, during his retirement ceremony on Jan. 12, 2019, at Travis Air Force Base, California. Chief Payne retired after 32 years of faithful and honorable service.
