Air Force Maj. Gen. Kathryn Johnson, Director of Logistics, Air Force Reserve Command, coins Tech. Sgt. Silivia Bulmer, an air transportation journeyman assigned to the 82nd Aerial Port Squadron, Aug. 13, 2017, on Travis Air Force Base, California. Bulmer earned the coin for her efforts in correcting 58 members’ official records and resolving bonus issues for her fellow airmen totaling $780K.
