AF CPI paves path to efficiency
Lt. Col. Wil Link, 349th Air Mobility Wing process manager, facilitates a strategic alignment event with key 349th Mission Support Group staff at Travis Air Force Base, Calif. The Jan. 10, 2017 event helped the group craft mission and vision statements, as well as priorities for the 349th MSG. Link said Air Force continuous process methodology “helps the 349th AMW provide the maximum combat capability from each dollar spent.”
