Airmen from the 349th Air Mobility Wing carry a simulated gunshot victim from a C-17 Globemaster III as part of Exercise Patriot Wyvern, July 23, 2016. The 349th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, 349th Medical Squadron and the 349th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron practiced in-flight emergency and evacuation processes during the training event. Patriot Wyvern is a hands-on, bi-annual event conducted by the 349th AMW, and designed to hone combat skills and improve organizational interoperability.
