349th Wing Chaplain pins on colonel
It was a bittersweet day for the 349th Air Mobility Wing Apr. 2 at the promotion ceremony for Chaplain (Col.) LeBane Hall. The sweet came first, as Chaplain (Maj.) Matthew Ellis and Chaplain (Maj.) Glenn Lundberg pinned on his eagles. The bitter part was bidding farewell to Hall, who will be an individual mobilization augmentee at Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Officiating at the ceremony was Col. Kurt Lambert, 349th Medical Group commander, who also is leaving the wing for another assignment. Hall came to the wing about 13 years ago from the IMA program.
