Mustang Days

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The pilot of a vintage World War II-era P-51 Mustang taxis his aircraft to a parking spot Oct. 18, 2014, at the Nut Tree Airport in Vacaville, Calif. Members of the Air Force Reserve's 349th Air Mobility Wing volunteered to support the 9th Annual "Mustangs and More" aircraft and car show at the airport where all of the proceeds from ticket sales went to support the Travis Air Force Base Heritage Center and the maintenance of display aircraft there. This year's event hosted more than 40 vintage aircraft as well as classic and new Ford Mustangs and other muscle cars. (U.S. Air Force photo/2nd Lt. Stephen J. Collier)
