2014 Pacific Channel Mission
TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --Staff Sgt. Daniel Massingill, C-5B Galaxy flight engineer with the 312th Airlift Squadron, preflights the aircraft for takeoff from Kadena Air Base, Japan, Aug. 15, 2014. Flight engineers control key systems on the aircraft, including fuel management, electronics and environmental systems.
