TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Incoming 349th Maintenance Group Commander, Col. Jeff Pickard, receives the Group flag Col. Matt Burger, commander of the 349th Air Mobility Wing, and accepts command of the Group in a ceremony at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Sept. 22, 2013. Pickard comes to Team Travis after serving as the commander 507th Maintenance Group, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., since July 2011.
