TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --The 349th Air Mobility Wing welcomed back friend, and former Vice Commander, retired Col. Barrett Broussard Oct. 21, for enlistment duties. Joshua S. Millay, a prior service helicopter mechanic in the U.S. Navy, asked Broussard to administer his enlistment oath into the Air Force Reserve at the Travis wing. A Louisiana native and civilian airline pilot, Broussard retired in June 2011. Millay, who will pin on the rank of staff sergeant, is joining the 312th Airlift Squadron as a flight engineer.
