4AF CC Visit

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --Brig. Gen. John C. Flournoy, Jr., 4th Air Force commander, presents the Raincross Trophy to Col. Matthew Burger, 349th Air Mobility Wing commander, for being the best wing in the numbered Air Force (NAF) for fiscal years 2012 and 2013. The presentation was made at a Commanders Call, Travis Air Force Base, Calif., on March 9, 2014. The Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce in 1998 elected to commemorate the 'return home' of Fourth Air Force, by creating the Raincross Trophy to honor the best of the best in 4th Air Force.
