Chief Master Sgt. Aretha Chandler braces in preparation of her parents “pinning-on” her chief stripes during Chandler’s promotion ceremony held here during April’s A flight. Chandler, the 349th Memorial Affairs Squadron superintendent, joined the ranks of the chiefs after more than 21 years in various positions within the 349th Air Mobility Wing.
