TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Chief Master Sgt. Neil Curchin, 349th Medical Squadron medical administrative manager, is presented a U.S. flag by a member of the honor guard on the occasion of his retirement April 27, 2014, at Travis Air Force Base, Calif.
