TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- As the incoming commander, Lt. Col. Dan Stout steps up, and accepts the 312th AS flag from Col. Scott McLaughlin, thus accepting command. Stout flew B-52 Stratofortress bombers at Barksdale Air Force Base, Lousiana, and the B-2 Spirit stealth bomber at Whiteman AFB, Missouri, prior to joining the 349th Air Mobility Wing here.
