Former 349th commander does good
TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Way to go!: Maj. Gen. James T. Rubeor, former commander of the 349th Air Mobility Wing, watches as his wife, Michele, and father, retired Col. Russ Rubeor, pin on his second star during a promotion ceremony July 5 at the Air Force Memorial in Arlington, Va. General Rubeor is the deputy to Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner Jr., chief of Air Force Reserve at the Pentagon. Lt. Gen John Bradley, former chief of the Reserve and commander of Air Force Reserve Command, officiated the ceremony.
