OTB '08

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- This year’s Operation Teddy Bear, the wing’s largest and farthest reaching community outreach project, will support 10-12 local Title 1 Schools. The plan is to bring Holiday Cheer to more than 1200 economically disadvantaged kindergarten and pre-school children in the local areas, such as the cities of Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville and Dixon. We truly need your support to make this a reality! Team OTB is in the process of scheduling this year's school visits and hope to have the final visitation schedule out very soon, however all school visits will take place during the first two weeks of December (see schedule below). Please set some time aside to come out and join us in this heartfelt community service project. The experience will touch your heart as you actually get to see what a difference a small gesture can make to these special children. Senior Master Sgt. Alice Munoz, our head OTB coordinator for this year but to support this year's events please contact Senior Master Sgts Jan Lambard at (707) 424-5853 or via e-mail: Janice.lambard@travis.af.mil to volunteer your time, ask questions or to make a donation! We look forward to working with you this OTB season. (US Air Force Graphic/A1C Michael J.
