349th Ops Group Spouses Conf

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Ops Group supports spouses: Senior Master Sgt. Marvin Meek, public affairs superintendent for the 349th Air Mobility Wing, gives a media briefing to more than 25 military spouses. The spouses were attending the 349th Operations Group Spouses’ Conference, Feb. 2. The conference was designed to ensure spouses are aware of available resources should their husbands or wives be deployed. The speakers at the conference were: Col. Sam Mullin, 4th Air Force Staff Judge Advocate; Chaplain (Col.) Gregory Stringer; Jack Watts, director of Airmen and Family Readiness. Also discussed were Tri-Care benefits and services offered by the Red Cross. The 349th AMW Command Chief Master Sgt. Christine Taylor also spoke and gave out 349th AMW Spouses’ Reference Guides.
