AFRC NCO Manager of the Year

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Congratulations to Master Sgt. Jerry E. Dunn for his recognition as Air Reserve Component Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Manager of the Year. Filling the role as the active duty flight manager for the 60th Civil Engineering Squadron for a period of almost five months, Sergeant Dunn stepped up to run the day-to-day business for the squadron after senior management was deployed. During this time he directed 20 emergency responses to 1,178 hazardous munitions, keeping 30,000 square miles of Northern California out of harm’s way. In addition, he directed over 50 level one emergency responses in local communities with zero mishaps. Sergeant Dunn received his award at a banquet on November 27 hosted at Scott AFB.
