TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col. William Anholt, 349th Maintenance Group commander, passes the 349th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron guidon to new commander, Lt. Col. Dana Howard as she officially assumes command Feb. 22. Also part of the ceremony was the relinquishment of command by outgoing commander, Lt. Col. Ronald Dollesin.
