TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Colonel Barrett Broussard, vice commander of the 349th Air Mobility Wing, is pictured with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, April 30. Gov. Schwarzenegger was in the area to visit the site of the state's first transportation infrastructure project funded with federal stimulus money. Interstate 80 will be repaved and restored between Highway 12 and Air Base Parkway in Fairfield with funds from President Obama's American Recovery Reinvestment Act. Work will begin in mid-May, and consist of resurfacing and rehabilitating the freeway. (U.S. Air Force photo/Nan Wylie)
