Operation Gratitude 2010

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Reservist Senior Amn Vanessa Echeverri, 349th Civil Engineer Squadron operations, shares her beautiful smile with a veteran at the California Veterans Home,Yountville. The 10th anniversary of "Operation Gratitude" was a day of caring and sharing for the 349th Air Mobility Wing Airmen. At the largest veterans home in the state of California, the Travis Airmen threw a champagne brunch for the veterans who paved the way for those of us who still serve. The morning festivities included the Airmen preparing and serving the brunch, and visiting with the veterans in the hospital complex. The festivities included ceremony, music and more.
