349th Airmen & Family Readiness
TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Master Sgt. Trevor Thorpe, 349 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, was awarded a certificate of appreciation March 26 for his support with the Airman and Family Readiness cell phone collection program by Master Sgt. Pam Silas. Thorpe's civilian company, XO Communications, donated more than 1,500 cell phones and accessories which resulted in the Lyons Club donating more than 7,500 calling card minutes which is given to wing members that deploy and attend basic training. This gives the wing members a way to stay in touch with their families back home. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Robert Wade)
