All- weather Airman takes on Antarctica
Chief Master Sgt. Michael Beck competes in the St. Patrick's Day race, the "Shamrock Shuffle," during his tour of duty at McMurdo Station, Antarctica. The Fire Chief with the 349th Civil Engineer Squadron here, he volunteered for an eight-month rotation to support operations at the remote station.
