TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif --349th Air Mobility Wing Commander, Col. Jay Flournoy, presents Col. Barrett Broussard, vice commander, with a shadow box at his retirement June 25. The shadow box represents his career, and contains a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol. Col. Broussard retired after giving 27 years to the Air Force, both active and Reserve.
