TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --Col. Jay Flournoy, center, 349th Air Mobility Wing commander, rode in the Sonoma Fourth of July parade in a vintage Army jeep bearing the original "Hap" Arnold flag. Waving to the crowd on his left is local vintner, Robert Arnold, grandson of General Henry Harley "Hap" Arnold. Gen.
