349th 4th of July 11

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif.-- Col. Jay Flournoy, 349th Air Mobility Wing commander, chats with Sonoma Mayor, Laurie Gallian, at the town's annual Fourth of July parade and celebration on the town plaza. Col. Flournoy rode in the parade with Robert Arnold, grandson of General Henry Harley "Hap" Arnold.
