TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Brig. Gen. Jay Flournoy and his son, Jack, watch one of the performances at the annual Vacaville Merriment on Main celebration Nov. 30. Flournoy and his partner commanders at Travis helped Mayor Steve Hardy flip the giant switch to light up the holiday tree downtown.
