349 AMXS

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Chris Cvitanov, a burn victim survivor, Staff Sgt. Marcus Carrion, 349th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Rising Six executive director, Tech. Sgt. Michael S. Sligh, 349th AMXS Rising Six president and Jim Doucette, executive director of the Firefighters Burn Institute work together to provide volunteer opportunities for 349th AMXS airmen and others on Travis Air Force Base willing to help the Firefighters Burn Institute. The institute helps burn victims through camps, counseling, and through various other services. Last year, Carrion, along with the help of the 349th AMXS Rising Six, donated 1,500 toys the institute which were distributed to children during the holiday season.
