TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --  Col. Craig Wells, 349th Mission Support Group, receives the meritorious service medal and pins on the rank of colonel during a pinning-on ceremony, Aug. 10.

Col. Nancy Brooks, 349th Mission Support Group commander, along with Col. Wells' family and Travis Team members were in attendance with their well-wishes.
