349th Medical Service Corps officer says farewell after more than 33 years of service

Lt. Col. Gregory A. Franklin  receives a custom-made golf club from the 349th Medical Group's Medical Service Corps officers, at his retirement ceremony at David Grant USAF Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Sept. 22.

Lt. Col. Michael Felder, 349th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, presented the gift as members of the 349th Air Mobility Wing celebrated Franklin's 33 years, nine months, nine days and nine hours of uniformed service to the United States of America. 

Franklin served as a Medical Service Corps officer in the 349th AMW since 1994. Most recently, Franklin served as the senior medical administrator, responsible for the administrative management of all medical, dental and administrative services provided to more than 3,200 Air Force Reservists serving at Travis AFB.
