TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col Stuart Toft, 349th mission support group commander, salutes Lt. Col. Andrew Frankel, the new 349 security forces squadron commander, after officially passing the guidon to Frankel.

The ceremony held here during the November A-Flight culminated with squadron personnel welcoming their newest commander in eight years.
