TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Chief Master Sgt. Aretha Chandler pins-on her chief stripes during a promotion ceremony held here during April's A flight.

Chandler, the 349th Memorial Affairs Squadron superintendent, joined the ranks of the chiefs after more than 21 years in various positions within the 349th Air Mobility Wing.
