Lt. Col. Wil Link, 349th Air Mobility Wing process manager, discusses leadership development with 349th Memorial Affairs Squadron members during the Enterprise Value Stream Analyses (EVSA) process training here May 6, 2014. The 349th Wing started the process during June, 2013 after being the first wing to receive the briefing via a higher headquarters representative in April, 2013. The wing is scheduled to complete the training wing-wide July 15, 2014 after training 22 squadrons. Focused leadership is Lt. Gen. James Jackson's, Air Force Reserve Command commander, initiative to ensure units across AFRC focus process improvement efforts on areas that will best benefit mission accomplishment. The EVSA is the effective tool wing leadership selected to fulfill that initiative.
