Wing bids farewell to budget analyst with more than 37 years of service

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --  Members of the 349th Air Mobility Wing bid farewell to Kathy Dalton, Reserve Personnel Appropriation budget analyst with the 349th AMW Finance Office, upon the occasion of her retirement from federal civil service, June 26, 2014, at Travis Air Force Base, Calif. Dalton served the nation for 37 years, including 17 years at Mare Island Naval Shipyard, followed by 20 years at Travis AFB.
