TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- William J. O'Sullivan was recognized at the July 9, 2014 60th AMW Standup. He received the 2013 Lt. Gen. Leo Marquez award as Civilian Manager of the Year, from Air Mobility Command. O'Sullivan is a master sergeant assigned to the 349th Air Mobility Wing Inspector General team. Col. Corey Martin, 60th AMW commander, presented the award.
