The California Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), awarded Parker Hannifin, Racor Division, Modesto, Calif., a "Seven Seals" award in recognition of extraordinary support of Master Sgt. Russ Wooten, 79th Air Refueling Squadron, First Sergeant.

Seven Seals Award is the highest recognition presented by the state committee and was created by ESGR to publicly recognize employers who provide extraordinary patriotic support and cooperation to their employees.

Parker-Hannifin, Racor Division joins with thousands of American Employers who have reviewed and amended their current human resources policies to ensure compliance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act Law (USERRA). Many employers provide "Above and Beyond" support with pay differential to offset the loss of wages, and extension of health care benefits which complement coverage provided by the military when their employees are mobilized.

This Award is presented to supportive employers who have already received other ESGR awards for their support of the nation's National Guard and Reserve units.

Wooten serves as the First Sergeant for the 79th ARS.
