749th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron flight superintendent retires at ceremony

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --  Chief Master Sgt. Nancy E. Hinojosa, 749th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron flight superintendent, is honored by members of the 940th Wing, 60th Air Mobility Wing and the 349th Air Mobility Wing in a retirement ceremony at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., May 17, 2015.

Hinojosa's distinguished, 38-year Air Force maintenance career included work with the B-52G Stratofortress, the T-43 "Gator," KC-135E/R Stratotanker, the RQ-4 Global Hawk and the KC-10A Extender.

She helped defend America in nearly every major military operation from the Cold War to operations continuing today in Southwest Asia and Afghanistan.
