The 349th Air Mobility Wing congratulates Lt. Col. Wil Link, 349th AMW process manager, on his selection as the Air Force Reserve Command's Process Manager of the Year for 2014.

As a process manager, Link fosters a culture of Continuous Process Improvement within the wing. In 2104, he facilitated 22 Enterprise Value Stream Analysis events, leading to a more strategic alignment of group and wing priorities. Additionally, Link's efforts enhanced the 349 AMW dashboard, providing leaders with actionable date and increasing wing effectiveness and efficiency.

He will now compete with other Major Command winners for Air Force Process Manager of the Year.
