General Flournoy was the presiding officer in the ceremony where Col. Raymond A. Kozak assumed command of the 349th Air Mobility Wing from Col. Matthew J. Burger. Kozak will lead more than 3,100 combat-ready Citizen Airmen, flying and maintaining the C-17 Globemaster III, C-5 Galaxy and KC-10 Extender mobility aircraft. Col. Matthew J.
