Kenneth Bib, 18th Air Force commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Chad Bickley, 18th AF command chief, for his outstanding efforts with the LNU Lightning Complex fires during the “State of the Base” brief here on Feb. 5, 2021. Other key guests were Col.
