TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- 349th Air Mobility Wing Airmen, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your hard work, focus, and professionalism during our recent Unit Effectiveness Inspection (UEI). Your steadfast commitment to the success of our wing directly contributed to the AFRC IG’s EFFECTIVE ratings for each of the four Major Graded Areas. The UEI Team Chief, Col Randall Bright, indicated our wing is in good shape and dedication to mission excellence was evident throughout the organization. The draft of the UEI report will be finalized on November 5th and the final report should be published shortly thereafter. Bottom line is WE PASSED THE INSPECTION!
Thanks again for all of your hard work during the previous AFIS rating cycle and the weeks leading up to the UEI. I’m proud to have each of you on the 349th Team and I look forward to our continued work together.
